The Head Coach is responsible for leading and managing the Girls Ice Hockey program, fostering student-athlete development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. The coach provides instruction in fundamental and advanced skills, oversees practices and games, and ensures the program aligns with school and league policies.
Qualifications:
Prior coaching or playing experience in ice hockey is required.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to mentor student-athletes in both athletic and personal growth.
CPR/First Aid and coaching certification (as required by school/league).
