Title: Junior Varsity Boys Ice Hockey Coach
Position Summary:
Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School seeks an JV Boys Varsity Ice Hockey Coach for the upcoming winter 2025-2026 season.
The 2025-2026 winter season runs from Monday, December 1st through early March. Practices are after school/evenings. This successful program has varsity and junior varsity levels.
Duties and Responsibilities (Not limited to):
The JV coach is responsible for all aspects of coaching a high level subvarsity ice hockey program while adhering to rules and guidelines set forth by the school, Dual County League and MIAA.
Expectations:
*Teaching the L-S Athletics Curriculum
*Must be able to take the MIAA Coaching Course
*Ability to drive the school van to away games
*Ability to work with high school population
*Understanding of high school sports operations
*Work well with high school students, parents and other coaches
*Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
*Understands the importance of fun in high school athletics
*Be prepared, punctual and ethical
Experience Preferred:
*Experience coaching hockey
*Experience playing hockey at the high school level or higher
Stipend Range per Schedule B: $3,631 - $4,539
