Job Summary
The Manager, Girls Tournaments / Girls and Women�s Hockey Development Lead is a key member of our team, responsible for the delivery of Girls Tournaments across North America under the CCT brand, in addition to driving the growth and development of girls and women�s hockey audiences within Canlan Sports.
A role that�s entrepreneurial by nature, the position has a focus on sustainable tournament participation growth through a combination of high retention and new customer acquisition. By building meaningful relationships and developing new partnerships, this role showcases our commitment to being a hub for girls and women�s hockey.
Additionally, this role is a key part of our She Plays Hockey committee, working with internal teammates and external partners to bring our collective vision for the future of girls and women�s hockey to life and identifying internal and external opportunities to ensure that regardless of age or skill level, girls and women are recognized, supported, and inspired to own their place in the game � and change it for the better � at Canlan Sports.

Abilities, Attributes and Experience
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or management capacity within the sports industry, or related experience.
