Canlan Sports is currently looking for a Manager, Youth Hockey Leagues and Programming for our Corporate East head office!
Job Summary
The Manager, Youth Hockey Leagues and Programming is a key member of the product team at Canlan Sports, taking ownership of the organization�s Youth Hockey League (YHL) and Level Up recreational hockey program.
The role is responsible for ensuring that the YHL is a seasonal leader of 3-on-3, 4-on-4, and 5-on-5 hockey leagues in each market, being well positioned with an innovative value proposition and focus to make the game accessible and fun for all skill levels.
Additionally, the role is responsible for the success of Level Up, the organization�s recreational hockey program for those looking to learn to play the game and those who want to continue to play in a fun-focused environment that places an emphasis on learning and development.
Providing leadership, initiative, and strong business acumen, this role is vital to the development and delivery of best-in-class experiences for participants and their families, measured through key performance indicators including customer satisfaction, participation growth, and financial results.
