Job Description
Assist in the administration and coaching of a N.C.A.A. Division 1 program as directed by the Head coach. Duties include, but are not limited to; practice and game coaching, recruitment of prospective student athletes on and off campus and supervision of strength and conditioning program. Must be committed to the academic and athletic development of all student athletes. Adherence to all University, Hockey East and N.C.A.A. policies and procedures.

Requirements
Requires: Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred. Competitive intercollegiate experience desirable. Two- three years successful coaching experience, preferably at the collegiate level. Expertise in technical aspect of sport. Good organizational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with college athletes, athletic staff, University personnel and Alumni. Basic knowledge of N.C.A.A. rules needed. Proficient computer skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite and FileMaker Pro.
