We offer a flexible way to earn extra income or expand your client base, with coaches setting their own rates, schedules, and training locations. Wherever you’re based across the country, we’ll help you find local athletes and grow your coaching business.
This role is perfect for current/former college and pro athletes, college/high school/club coaches, and experienced private trainers. It’s also a great fit for anyone with a strong sports background who loves working with kids and wants to make a difference through coaching.
What You’ll Do
- Run 1:1 and small group ice hockey lessons - from beginner to advanced levels
- Set your own rates (typically ranges anywhere from $30–$100/hour)
- Choose your availability and training location (parks, fields, courts, indoor, etc.)
- Use our platform tools for all communication, scheduling, and payments
- Build long-term relationships with athletes and families
- Commit to being active on the platform for at least 12 months (it can take a few weeks for new coaches to gain real traction - success doesn't happen overnight!)

- Great Pay: keep 80% of every booking. No hidden fees and we put our 20% cut towards helping you grow!
- Dedicated Support: We back you with tools, resources, and client support - helping you turn each client into long-term coaching relationships. The AU average is 10+ lessons per client!
Important Requirements
- Minimum 5 hours/week availability
- Must respond promptly to booking inquiries (ideally within a few hours)
- All payments and messaging must be handled via the platform
- Coaches must process their sessions in the app calendar to receive payment
