VARSITY HOCKEY HEAD COACH
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
Required Qualifiers
- Varsity level or high hockey coaching experience
- Candidate has provided direct and substantial contributions to a winning program
Preferred Qualifiers
- Success as Head Hockey Coach
- Demonstrated success with youth development programming
- Vast network of Hockey coaching contacts
- Valid teaching certificate
- Ability to practice during designated times conducive to student schedules
Minimal Expectations of a Reeths-Puffer Coach
- Confident and commanding presence
- Deep/expansive knowledge of the game
- Excellent communicator
- Systems thinker
- Organized/strategic thinker
- A leader of leaders
