Coach Atlantic Transportation Group is currently recruiting a Motorcoach Driver to become the dedicated driver for a Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) team based in Saint John, New Brunswick. This is more than just a driving position-it's an opportunity to become an important part of a team's success by ensuring players, coaches, and staff travel safely and comfortably throughout the season. You'll represent Coach Atlantic on every trip while delivering the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Safely transport players, coaches, and team staff to games, practices, and other team events throughout the season.
  • Begin and end trips from Saint John whenever possible.
  • Ensure the assigned motorcoach is clean, fuelled, road-ready, and prepared for every trip.
  • Coordinate routine servicing and scheduled maintenance with our Maintenance Team.
  • Deliver a safe, comfortable, and professional travel experience for all passengers.
  • Represent both Coach Atlantic and the hockey organization in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner at all times.
  • Operate in full compliance with Canadian Hours of Service regulations and all applicable transportation legislation.

Qualifications

  • Valid Class 1 or Class 2 driver's licence with air brake endorsement (or willingness to obtain the required qualifications).
  • Clean driver's abstract.
  • Previous commercial driving experience is considered an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight travel during the hockey season.
  • A commitment to safety, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
